The purpose of this Association is to maintain the common properties and facilitate adherence to the declarations and covenants. Each lot owner is a member of this Association, pays annual dues that support the Association, and must abide by the declarations and covenants.
Among the key features of the declarations and covenants is the provision for an architectural review and approval process. If you are a present owner looking to build and/or modify your home or landscaping, or a potential new property owner, please familiarize yourself with the provisions and process.
